Due to the nature of this product type, refunds cannot be offered.

Cancellation of orders

As a consumer you have a statutory right to cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please email us within 14 days of your purchase if you wish to cancel your order, but please be aware that it we aim to dispatch products within 72 hours.

Returns of physical products

For returns, if you believe your order is faulty or has not been delivered correctly, it would assist in dealing with your issue if you contact us within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. If unwanted items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

None of these terms seek to affect or limit a consumer’s statutory rights.
