Day passes at Cofton Holidays in Dawlish

As well as award-winning Devon holidays, Cofton Holidays offers a packed day out for families. The park in Dawlish is open to day visitors all year round and provides a variety of activities perfect for kids and parents alike.
Families can enjoy the heated indoor pool with water jets, hydrotherapy loungers along with bubbling bench seating. During the summer there’s the outdoor pool with a splash pad. Both must be booked in advance.
There’s also a soft play area, playgrounds and a pump track which are free to park guests.
For those seeking a bit more adventure, you can book the treetop high ropes course or hire e-bikes. The park also has arcades, animal encounters, and a relaxing steam room and sauna for adults.
Cofton’s restaurant, Amelia’s, serves up a delicious selection of meals, from hearty breakfasts to light bites, making it a great spot to refuel during your day out. There’s also a café offering coffee and cake to start your visit on a sweet note.

Activities and pool passes at Finlake Resort & Spa near Newton Abbot
At Finlake Resort & Spa, day guests can use their indoor pool and facilities all year round, as well as the outdoor pool during the warmer peak season.
There are also year-round family activities including: Make a Bear workshops, sea scooters, pottery painting, aeroball, target paintball, panna soccer, sand art, disc golf, archery, Segways, axe throwing, laser clay shooting and laser tag.

Outdoors Finlake has play park and woodland walks complete with lakeside paths for you to enjoy so, no matter what the weather, you can get those steps in and tire out the little ones.
Plus, with great value day passes for the spa, you can indulge in some relaxation time. Or, why not upgrade your visit with a mini treatment (additional charge).
Finlake also has some superb food and drink options. The Hub comes complete with soft play centre, plenty of choice on the menu and heated outdoor seating.
Or, on wet days, make a reservation at The Retreat Restaurant & Bar where you can occupy the kids with a game of pool after their meal.

Off season passes at Hoburne Devon Bay Holiday Park in Paignton

Hoburne Devon Bay Holiday Park is a perfect additon to the list of days out in Paignton, South Devon. During term time you can benefit from the holiday park’s day passes, which you can use from 9am right into the evening.
Included in your day pass is full use of the indoor pool, flume, sauna and steam rooms, so you can enjoy a gentle swim followed by a relaxing sauna session.
You’ll also have access to the outdoor pool between May to September outside of the school holidays.
If you’d like to get a workout in during your visit, you can also use the onsite gym.
For entertaining the kids, there’s an outdoor play area and an indoor soft play area. You can even challenge the kids to a game of darts in the cafe. Mini golf and pool tables are available for an extra charge.
After all of your adventuring, you’ll be sure to have worked up an appetite. You can get refreshments from the onsite cafe or restaurant, both with family-friendly options to suit even the fussiest of eaters.
Keep an eye on the holiday park’s website for upcoming events and other entertainment options that you can use alongside your day passes. The regular Wet and Wild inflatable obstacle course runs weekly as well as a Friday Family Fun Night.

Pool, spa and soft play for day guests at North Devon Resort in Ilfracombe

If you are looking for a break from the beaches, why not take a dip at North Devon Resort in Ilfracombe? Between April and November its indoor, heated swimming pool and sauna are open to day guests. You can even book into the Sea Salt Spa for a pamper.
After your swim head to the Monkey Puzzle restaurant and cafe where there’s a three-tier indoor playground and gaming zone with PS5s, Nintendo and more. These are free to use with any food or drink purchase of £5 or more.
Monkey Puzzle welcomes walk-ins for freshly-cooked, locally produced food, and you can enjoy lite bites, including sweet treats, snacks and Devon cream teas in the café.
There’s also a bar, beer garden and venue, where regular food and live performances take place, as well as music weekenders. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the entertainment including dogs!
