What’s the best value membership or annual pass in Devon?

Value for money is a tricky one, right? A family that loves thrill rides is going to get better value out of a theme park than one that prefers wide open spaces.
In creating this post I’ve also found that no two season tickets are made the same. Some offer straight forward repeat entry for a one off annual fee, while others add lots of nice extras for members. Some are also much bigger days out.
So, the easiest way to give you an overview of the best annual passes in Devon is on price. Here’s how the money stacks up for a bog standard family of two adults and two children aged under 16:

Exmoor Zoo near Barnstaple

Exmoor Zoo, located in North Devon, is a must-visit for animal lovers. It’s home to more than 175 species. You can only purchase their membership for the annual passes in person, rather than online.

This is one of our most used memberships in the past few years as you’re not limited to one place. Devon has lots of National Trust places cross the county where you can not only get free entry to historic houses and gardens as members, but also free parking.
